Prices include:
Room rental, power costs (lighting, HVAC), furniture rental (subject to availability), rent of technical services (one sound system each, one microphone with stand for public addresses), standard stage lighting (for Festsaal and Zeremoniensaal), personnel operating expenses (cloakroom, first aid, porter, electrician, sound engineer, building engineer, project management), facilities personnel expenses, cleaning costs (before, during and after event), signage and announcement in the event calendar.
General terms and conditions
These total costs are based on a timeframe from Mon. - Fri. 19:00 to 24:00, preparatory activities are available starting at 14:00. Sat., Sun., and holiday will incur a surcharge. Reservation subject to availability. Prices exclusive of 20% VAT, valid until December 2024.
