Hofburg moments – events in 2025

For us, the "Experience HOFBURG Vienna" spirit is all about making events unforgettable, creating memorable experiences and those moments that leave a lasting impression – Hofburg moments that visitors love. State-of-the-art technology and premium quality, sustainability and careful use of the available resources are a priority at the approximately 300 events we host each year.

We have various large-scale international congresses to look forward to after the ball season draws to a close. Highlights include the German/Austrian AIDS Congress, which is themed of “HIV in 3/4 Time” this year (20–22 March), as well as the 46th International Vienna Motor Symposium on 15 and 16 May in the state rooms. Perennial favourites, the Austrian World Summit and the OPEC International Seminar will be back in June and July, respectively. There are also trade shows such as the popular Weinviertel DAC 2025 wine presentation on 12 March and the annual marke[ding] on 10 April.

Interpersonal exchange and working together on shared topics will shape proceedings at every one of these events. For many, participating in a congress provides an inspirational break from everyday working life. The chance to compare notes with experts – also outside the congress schedule – is a key aspect of building new experiences and opening up fresh perspectives.
