Events in 2022 – congress hotspot

Around 700 specialists got together at the Hofburg Vienna from 15 - 18 August for International Surgical Week (ISW) to create the foundations for overcoming future diagnostic and surgical challenges, as well as to discuss new approaches and standards. Dedicated to driving advances in gastroenterology and hepatology, the ÖGGH Annual Meeting and IVEPA Meeting took place at the venue from 7 - 9 September.

The Autonomous Main Event on 27 September will bring together top managers and experts from the autonomous mobility industry. The schedules for October and November cover a similarly broad spectrum. For the fifth time Design District will transform the Hofburg into an experiential world of high-end design and aspirational lifestyle living from 7 - 9 October 2022.

Adopting a combined trade congress and exhibition format, the HR Inside Summit on 12 and 13 October is set to attract almost 2,000 participants. To mark the 10th Annual Dreiländertagung Vascular Surgery Meeting,  the Hofburg will play host to a dynamic research scene featuring some 1,500 participants from 19 - 22 October.

Dedicated to enjoyment, the Falstaff Vienna Bar and Spirits Festival on 3 November is the highlight for fans of fine spirits and cool cocktails at the Hofburg Vienna. And on 4 November, the Hermes Business Gala in the Festsaal will be raising a toast to the work of companies that have had a lasting impact on the Austrian economy. At Art & Antique, the fair for art, antiques and design, around 40 Austrian and international art dealers and galleries will showcase their top pieces to around 5,000 visitors from 10. - 14. November. After a hiatus of two years, the traditional Falstaff Red Wine Gala will be back on 21 November. The Festsaal and the draw of the Hofburg Vienna provide the ideal recipe for a successful event – and the perfect backdrop for live communication.
